Mercy & Miracle Health Services, helps adults and people with functional and/or cognitive impairments stay in their homes and communities for as long as possible. MMHS is an agency located in Missouri, serving in the St. Louis and St. Charles areas. MMHS provides case management oversight for consumers in the Greater St. Louis area at any given time, allowing them to access community-based care and retain their independence.
